Delivery Information
Order Dispatch & Cut-Off Times
Any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be picked & dispatched on Monday.
Delivery orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed over the weekend but they will not be dispatched until Monday.
Delivery Information
Delivery will be made to the address provided during the check-out process.
Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
You must ensure that your delivery address is easily accessible and that someone is available to accept and sign for the delivery (if required).
If no one is available to accept and sign for the delivery, a re-delivery charge may be incurred.
Free Delivery over £50
Free Delivery is available to all orders over £50 in mainland United Kingdom.
Please note that Free Delivery does not apply to the following areas: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight.
We are working hard to add a free delivery option for these areas but this is still in development.
Returns
As the items that we sell are perishable we do not accept returns.
If your order is delivered to you damaged, please contact us immediately in writing by emailing sales@kandyhero.co.uk along with photographic evidence.
If your order arrives in a damaged or faulty condition, we will only offer you a refund for damaged items if you have signed for the parcel as damaged upon receipt.

Fast Delivery
We use Hermes to ship all orders using their fast and fully tracked shipping services, you will receive dispatch email with your tracking number so you can track your order from start to finish!
